Prompt communication, ease of process, Warren made Mike and I feel like it was a walk in the park. Thank you for reducing our stress-level to a flat 0. I would recommend Ruoff and especially Warren to anyone seeking a mortgage!

Warren was great! He was there for us and any questions we had; and as first time home buyers we had many! There was also a moment where he had to relay bad news and he chose to call us directly, rather than email or text (which was how we were primarily communicating) or even wait until we simply found out and contacted him. Warren helped our son with his mortgage for his first house and worked close with his agent. When we decided to move we knew of a great team and our experience was terrific. Warren made our experience seamless. He even worked with my busy schedule and gently reminded me when I needed to sign documents. He's terrific!

Warren and his team were both incredibly knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the process. My wife and I are first-time homeowners and working with Ruoff made a daunting life change into a series of manageable steps. I felt reassured that I didn't leave any loose ends with how on top of things the Ruoff team was. While I hope I'm not moving any time soon, I look forward to… Click to Read Full
